DASHBOARD BUILDING

Custom Dashboards Built From the Data You Already Have

Your business data is spread across Google Analytics, Search Console, Shopify, your CRM, and a dozen spreadsheets. I pull it into one private dashboard on your domain, updated nightly, with a login for everyone who needs it.

Most business owners check the same five to ten numbers every week. Revenue, leads, traffic, top keywords, stock levels, whatever drives decisions for your business. The problem is that those numbers live in separate tools, each with its own login, its own interface, and its own way of presenting data that was designed for someone else's workflow. I build a single private screen that holds all of it, pulls from live sources every night, and shows each person only what they need to see.
I built and run a live private SEO dashboard on my own server. It pulls Google Search Console and GA4 data every night across multiple sites, keeps 16 months of history, tracks keywords per site, and produces branded weekly and monthly reports in PDF, Excel and CSV. Each user logs in and sees only the sites shared with them. An audit compared its numbers against live Google data and they matched. That is the build I apply to each client's own data and domain.

What every build involves

Every dashboard starts with a data audit: which sources hold the numbers you actually check, who currently has to open five different tabs to see the full picture, and what the right output format is. From there, I connect the sources, build the screens, set up the nightly data pulls, and host the dashboard on your own domain or a subdomain of mine. Each person gets an email invite and sees only the data you want them to see.

What every client provides

Every build requires the same five things:
  1. 1. Access to the data, by adding my email as a user or sharing the sheet, export, or API token.
  2. 2. The 5 to 10 numbers they check weekly, and who in the organisation needs to see them.
  3. 3. Logo, brand colours, and the domain or subdomain where the dashboard will live.
  4. 4. How often reports go out and which email addresses receive them.
  5. 5. Hosting preference: their own cPanel or a subdomain on mine.
