DASHBOARD BUILDING

A Real Estate Dashboard for Listings and Leads

Active listings, lead enquiries and website traffic are tracked in three separate places for most real estate agencies. A realtor dashboard I build pulls all three onto one private screen, organised by agent, so a principal or sales manager can see performance across the whole team without opening a spreadsheet or a CRM report.

A real estate dashboard is built for the principal or sales manager who needs a fast read on the agency at the start of the week: how many listings are active per agent, how many enquiries came in and from which source, and whether website traffic is contributing to those enquiries. That picture usually requires opening a CRM, a sheet and a Google Analytics account. This dashboard puts it all on one screen.

New service line

Real estate dashboards are a new service line. I have not built one for a paying client yet. I offer a free sample build from a section of your own data before any money changes hands, so you can see what the finished screen looks like with your actual listings and team numbers.

What the real estate dashboard screen shows

The top row holds the numbers a principal checks first: total active listings, total enquiries for the week, and organic traffic sessions for the agency website. Each sits next to its value from the same period last week so the direction is immediate. Below that, a per-agent section shows each person's active listing count, enquiries received and performance against their monthly target. A lead source breakdown shows which channels are producing enquiries so you can see where your marketing time is paying off.
A principal view shows the full team. An individual agent view shows only their own numbers. Both use the same dashboard, with access controlled by login. When a new agent joins, you add their account and set which data they see. When someone leaves, you remove their access.

Built from data you already collect

Most real estate agencies already maintain a listing spreadsheet or CRM and run a website with Google Analytics. The dashboard connects to those existing sources via the Google Sheets API, a scheduled CRM export, and the GA4 and Search Console APIs. You do not change how you record listings or leads. The dashboard is a view layer on top of the data your team already produces.

What the client provides

  1. 1. A sample listing sheet or CRM export showing agents, listings and statuses.
  2. 2. A lead export or form handler output showing enquiry source and date.
  3. 3. Google Analytics 4 and Search Console viewer access for the agency website.
  4. 4. Agent list, targets per agent, and who should see team-level versus individual data.
  5. 5. Agency logo, brand colours, and hosting preference.

FAQ

Real estate dashboard questions.

A real estate dashboard shows the numbers that matter to a principal or sales manager on a daily or weekly basis: active listings by agent, lead enquiries by source, website traffic from Google, and how each agent is tracking against their targets. The data comes from your listings sheet or CRM export, your lead capture form or CRM, and your Google Analytics 4 and Search Console properties. All three sit on one private screen that updates on a nightly schedule.
The most common setup connects to a Google Sheet or CRM CSV export for listing and agent data, a contact form handler or CRM export for lead enquiries, and Google Analytics 4 plus Search Console for website traffic and organic search performance. If your agency uses a property management system that exports structured data, I confirm during the brief whether a connector is feasible for that source.
Yes. The dashboard has user accounts with configurable access. A principal or sales manager account sees the full picture across all agents. An individual agent account sees only their own listings, enquiries and performance against target. Access is set during the build and can be updated at any time as the team changes.
No. The dashboard connects to data sources you control: your own CRM exports, sheets and Google properties. It does not connect to third-party listing platforms. The dashboard is built around the data your agency already collects and stores internally.
Real estate dashboards are a new service line. I have not built one for a paying client yet. To give you a concrete look at the output before you commit, I offer a free sample build using a section of your own data: a listing sheet or a lead export, whichever is easiest to share. I build a working screen from it and you see the result before deciding anything.
A sample listing sheet or CRM export showing the data structure, agent names and any status or target fields. Google Analytics 4 viewer access and Search Console viewer access for the agency website. A lead export or form handler output. Logo, brand colours and hosting preference. If your data is in a different format or system, describe it in the initial message and I will confirm whether it is workable.
