A Clinic Dashboard for Bookings and New Patient Enquiries
Booking counts, new patient enquiries and website traffic are spread across a booking
system, a contact form and Google Analytics. A medical clinic dashboard I build puts
all three on one private screen, using aggregate counts only, so a practice owner or
manager can read the week's numbers in thirty seconds without opening three separate tools.
A clinic dashboard is built around summary counts that inform practice decisions:
how many appointments were booked this week compared to last, how many new enquiries
came in and from which source, and whether website traffic is contributing to those
enquiries. This dashboard works with counts only. No patient names, contact details,
clinical notes or any identifying information is ever pulled, stored or displayed.
New service line
Clinic dashboards are a new service line. I have not built one for a paying client yet.
I offer a free sample build from a booking count export before any money changes hands.
The export must contain counts only, with no patient identifiers. You see the finished
screen before deciding whether to proceed.
Privacy note
This dashboard works with appointment counts and aggregate enquiry numbers only.
Patient names, contact details, diagnoses, treatment records and any other personally
identifiable or clinically sensitive information are not connected to, stored in or
displayed by this system. If your booking system cannot export counts without patient
fields, the dashboard is not the right fit.
What the clinic dashboard screen shows
The top row shows the numbers a practice manager checks first: total appointments
booked in the current week, new patient enquiries received, and organic traffic
sessions from the clinic website. Each sits next to the same figure from last week
so the trend is visible without calculation. Below that, a weekly chart shows
booking and enquiry counts over the past 8 to 12 weeks so you can see whether
volume is growing, flat or declining.
A lead source section shows where new enquiries are coming from: organic search,
direct, referral or paid, based on the UTM parameters your forms capture or the
channel breakdown in GA4. This tells you which acquisition channels are actually
filling the appointment book.
What the client provides
1.A booking export with appointment counts by date and type only. No patient names or contact fields.
2.Enquiry count data from a contact form handler or a sheet updated by reception staff.
3.Google Analytics 4 and Search Console viewer access for the clinic website.
4.Who needs a login and what each person should see.
5.Clinic logo, brand colours, and hosting preference.
Send me a booking count export. I'll build the screen.
Appointment counts by date and type, with no patient identifiers, is enough to start.
I build a working clinic dashboard screen from that data before you commit to anything.
FAQ
Clinic dashboard questions.
A clinic dashboard shows booking counts, new patient enquiry counts and website traffic for the clinic on one private screen. It works with aggregate numbers only: total bookings per week or month, new enquiry counts by source, and session and organic traffic data from Google Analytics 4 and Search Console. No patient names, contact details, diagnoses or any identifying information is ever pulled into the dashboard. The build is designed around summary counts that are useful for a practice manager or owner without touching protected health information.
No. The dashboard connects to a booking export that contains counts only: appointment numbers by date and type, with no patient names, contact details or clinical information. Your booking system exports this data in a structured format. The dashboard reads the export on a schedule and stores only the aggregate numbers. Patient records, clinical notes and identifiable information are never accessed, stored or displayed.
The booking data comes from a structured export from your booking system: a CSV with appointment counts by date and type, containing no patient identifiers. Enquiry data comes from your contact form handler, a CRM export or a sheet your team updates. Website traffic comes from Google Analytics 4 and Search Console via their APIs. All three connect via read-only access.
Yes. The dashboard has user accounts with configurable access. A practice owner might see booking counts, enquiries and website traffic together. A front desk manager might see only bookings and new enquiries. A marketing coordinator might see only the traffic and enquiry source data. Access is set during the build and can be updated at any time.
Medical clinic dashboards are a new service line. I have not built one for a paying client yet. I offer a free sample build from a section of your booking export data. You share a sample file with counts only and no patient identifiers, I build a working screen from it, and you see the result before deciding whether to proceed.
A sample booking export with appointment counts by date and type only, containing no patient names or contact details. Google Analytics 4 and Search Console viewer access for the clinic website. A contact form export or enquiry count sheet. Logo, brand colours and hosting preference. If you are unsure what data is safe to share, the booking count export with no patient fields is all that is needed to start.
